During my time as an active consultant, I specialised in working with various projects (individual projects, multi-projects, programmes) and helped to set up solid project controlling for various change projects and to accompany projects as a project controller. Key figures were developed, but only where it made sense in the process.
My coaching journey has deep roots in my personal business path. Once, I too faced many challenges and difficulties as I navigated the world of entrepreneurship. I understood how easy it is to get lost in the maze of business decisions and how crucial support is in building relationships with clients, employees, and business partners. These experiences sparked in me a desire to help others overcome similar obstacles.
I am constantly evolving and learning new techniques and strategies to overcome challenges and realise business dreams. Constant learning and not standing still with an eye on the bigger picture is a must.
After many years as a freelance consultant, I switched to a permanent position.
